About the Role
We're looking for a Product Engineer to design and develop color-enhancing eyewear lenses that solve complex optical and color vision challenges. You'll translate product concepts into manufacturable designs using engineering analysis and simulation, then work with manufacturing partners to prototype and scale production.
Strong product engineering fundamentals are essential—we need someone with hands‑on experience taking products from concept through prototyping to production. Experience with polymers, optical materials, coatings, or similar technical products is valuable. No prior eyewear or lens industry experience required.
You'll apply optical and color science principles to optimize lens performance through iterative design, testing, and customer feedback. This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, color science, and manufacturing.
