Main Tasks
Collaborate with operations, quality, continuous improvement and new product development teams on issues related to deviations, production problems, new product launches, APQP and planning activities.
Interlink between product development and operations through manufacture engineering.
Provide support to operations and new product development in collaboration with DV/PV and internal process testing.
Assistance in the coordination of activities for the approval process of raw materials or alternate suppliers.
Review oppotunities of changes from P2M finished goods and components focused on cost saving and adapted to the local manufacturing process that affects the component or product.
Start and process engineering change orders in a systemic way related to products on current manufacture
Coordinate samples construction and development of laboratory test
Lead participant in the new product quotation
