Purpose Statement

The Manager - Product Engineer role is responsible as the key liaison between manufacturing and the customer, ensuring that overall customer quality and regulatory requirements and expectations are met, and that the product meets all specifications.

Key Job Accountabilities

  1. Lead the capture of customer requirements, determination of BOM structure, and development of the Product Control Plan. Define product ABI's and tooling strategy. Ensure manufacturing readiness of assigned customer product using the APQP process.
