About the Role

The Engineering Manager will lead cross-functional engineering teams in building and scaling enterprise-grade product. This role requires end-to-end ownership of the product development lifecycle—from ideation and design to delivery, deployment, and ongoing support. Hands-on experience in product development, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Product Development Leadership: Drive the full product development lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Team Management & Growth: Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Technical Excellence: Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture for enterprise-grade solutions. Oversee code quality, design reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Delivery & Execution: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Drive agile practices (Scrum) to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with QA, DevOps, Risk, Compliance and Support teams to ensure smooth releases and reliable operations. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize features and resolve dependencies.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee post-release support, monitoring, and iterative improvements. Champion customer feedback loops to enhance product usability and performance.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to long-term product roadmap and technology strategy. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve efficiency and product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering teams in enterprise product development.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Track record of delivering scalable, secure, and customer-centric enterprise products.

Required Skills

• Experience with Java, Python, and GenAI
• 15–18 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in product engineering
• Experience managing teams of 25+ members
• Strong hands-on and leadership exposure in Java and Python
• Proven experience managing engineering teams in enterprise product development.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
