Responsibilities

• Manage and handle regulatory matters for food, supplements, and non-food products, including product classification, registration, labelling, certifications and approvals under relevant authorities such as NPRA, BKKM, LIU, KPDN, JAKIM and etc.
• Act as Halal Executive for the company and ensure compliance with the Halal Assurance Management System
• Handle trademark registration and renewal processes for company products.
• Support internal and external audits including documentation preparation, corrective action follow-up, and closure of non-conformities.
• Conduct product checks and manage retention samples to ensure traceability and quality control.
• Liaise with regional offices and forwarding agents to ensure smooth product export and timely regulatory compliance.
• Provide regulatory and quality support to product team.
