Product Failure Analysis Engineer

Job Description

• Capable in die and package level de‑processing methodology including decapsulation, delayering, cross section, and dry and wet etching.
• Familiar with SEM/FIB microscopy, EDX elemental analysis and nanoprobing.
• Manage FA lab consumables and chemical inventory, replenish inventory to ensure smooth FAFI execution and lab sustainability.
• Responsible for maintaining lab tools in good condition for FA needs and dealing with vendor for tools' consumables and maintenance.
• Develop, characterize, and optimize FA methodologies and tools for efficiency and cost improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic, Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis.
