What You’ll Build

You’ll work at the core of the Base360.ai platform – designing and scaling systems behind instant bookings, automated logistics, smart access, and predictive operations.

Your Mission

• Build Core Platform Services: design fast, reliable APIs and backend workflows that power global bookings, payments, and end‑to‑end operations.
• Automate the Everyday: craft serverless systems, microservices, and automation pipelines that remove repetitive tasks and enable fully automated stays.
• Connect the Ecosystem: integrate Base360.ai with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, and Twilio.
• Engineer for Global Scale: build fault‑tolerant, event‑driven systems processing millions of real‑time events across cities and countries.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: work with product, data, and operations teams to turn automation ideas into real‑world impact.
• Ship Fast, Improve Faster: prototype, iterate, measure, and scale – optimizing for learning and impact.

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience with Node.js, React, or Python (FastAPI)
• Familiarity with AWS, especially serverless architectures
• Strong understanding of API‑driven development, microservices, or distributed systems
• A passion for automation, AI‑driven workflows, and real‑world system design
• A builder’s mindset – pragmatic, fast, clean, and impact‑oriented
• A bias toward action – you solve problems by shipping, not discussing
