Product Growth Leader

Key Responsibility:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for ThefinPedia’s digital platforms

(website, research tools, content products, and user journeys)

- Build and optimize financial education, research, and analytics products for investors

and learners. Work closely with tech, content, design, and compliance teams to ensure high-quality,

user-centric, and compliant product delivery.

- Continuously improve UX/UI, onboarding flows, and feature adoption.

- Drive user growth across organic, paid, referral, and partnership channels.

- Own key growth metrics including traffic, registrations, engagement, retention, and

conversion.

- Design and run growth experiments to improve funnel performance.

- Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, content growth, performance marketing, and

community building.
