The Role: Product Growth Specialist

As the Product Growth Specialist at RealEstateContent.ai, you’ll be the engine behind user growth and retention. You’ll obsess over the data that defines our customer journey from first click to power user and turn insights into actionable product improvements that drive measurable revenue growth.

This role blends analytics, marketing, and product strategy. You’ll own the entire user journey: identifying traffic sources, optimizing conversion, accelerating onboarding, and ensuring users form habits that keep them coming back.

You won’t just report on numbers, you’ll move them.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Track and analyze where users come from across channels, campaigns, and traffic sources.
  • Identify the highest-performing acquisition paths and surface new opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze landing page behavior and identify friction points.
  • Design and test improvements to increase lead capture rates and user signups.
  • Build and manage dashboards that visualize conversion performance in real-time.

Lead Conversion to Paid Users

  • Develop, manage, and analyze automated email and SMS flows to convert captured leads into active users.
  • Monitor performance of onboarding sequences, identifying bottlenecks and drop-off points.
  • Define and measure the aha-moment for new users.
  • Track time-to-value and optimize onboarding experiences to help users realize success faster.

Tools You’ll Be Using

  • Front-End Analytics: Google Analytics, GA4, or similar.
  • User Behavior & Journey Tracking: Mixpanel, Hotjar, or FullStory.
  • User Messaging Tools: Klaviyo, Customer.io, or other email/SMS automation platforms.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Bonus: Experience with A/B testing platforms or SQL for deeper data dives.
