Roles and Responsibilities Managing new product development for the micro lap vertical
Conceptualize and implement customer activation programs
Design contests, rewards and recognition initiatives in liaison with the sales team
Introduce innovative customer offerings & schemes
Frame & place forth proposals pertaining to individual geographies
Accountable for managing the P&L for vertical and strategic decision
Innovative methods to cross-sell to existing customer base
Co-ordinate joint promotional marketing activities in liaison with the marketing team
Introduce digitization in the loan booking cycle to cut down on redundancies
Drive automation and streamline the customer onboarding journey
Training & Development and Certification / Re-training to build capabilities
Help branches maintain high product Audit ratings.
Develop alternate customer acquisition channels
