Product Insurance Manager

The Product Insurance Manager is for supporting Product Management activities across the insurance portfolio, including handling enquiries, reporting, communications, incident and issue management, product and plan-level insurance re-rates, insurance quote support, and disclosure and tender activities. The position works closely with business and operational teams to deliver insurance initiatives and ensure effective risk management practices.

The role supports the ongoing management and development of insurance products to ensure they remain contemporary, compliant, competitive, and aligned to target customer markets, including reviewing products and plans at risk of erosion due to premium impacts in line with insurance frameworks, erosion guidelines, and policies.
