This is a hands-on, individual contributor role at the intersection of product management skills and deep technical expertise in Generative AI. You will be key in defining, building, and scaling AI-powered products and automation solutions that directly impact our profitability, efficiency, and user experience.
You are not just a product manager – you are a technologist who understands the intricate landscape of Generative AI, capable of translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value. You will lead the product strategy for our Generative AI initiatives, working closely with a dedicated team of engineers and collaborating extensively with critical stakeholders across Customer Care, Collections, Marketing, Credit, Risk, Data, and Security.
