Product Lead – Reconciliation.
Location: HYD/NCR
We are looking for an exceptionally talented resource to join our Reconciliation and Payments – Product Management Group in our Hyderabad/Gurugram office for an Individual contributor role.
What you’ll do:
Own key components towards delivering Reconciliation Product Roadmap and backlog
Deeply understand business problems and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
Organize development and testing to ensure delivery meets business requirements
Collaborate with developers, operations teams and clients to prioritize features, plan integration and drive adoption
Contribute to conducting competitive analysis and crafting the product vision
Work with different product teams for projects cutting across multiple product areas to provide comprehensive business solutions
What you’ll need:
5+ years of industry experience; prior Product Management experience will be an added advantage
Prior experience in Reconciliations like Trades, Positions, Cash, PNL and TRS will be strongly preferred
Broader understanding of post trade life cycle, trade settlements and SWIFT messaging standards (MT and MX series) is desirable
Working understanding of APIs, JIRA, Figma and general SDLC process will be beneficial
Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Experience in engaging with clients to gather requirements and translate them into product solutions
Outstanding academic background and passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
The ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently
A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity and execution prowess
