Product Manager - AI

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the implementation and scaling of AI‑driven features across Sage’s HR & Payroll portfolio, spanning web and mobile and utilizing Sage’s domain‑service layers. This role bridges AI, design, customer thinking and delivery, shaping how intelligence and automation are built into Sage’s products and how they simplify work and save time for employers and employees.

You’ll collaborate closely with AI teams, product engineering, backend service owners and experience teams to define, deliver and measure the success of agentic and data‑driven capabilities within the HR & Payroll ecosystem.

This is a hybrid position — working 3 days a week from our Barcelona office.
