Product Manager – Global Capture: Product Associate

At JPMC, Product Managers are the CEOs of the product and are responsible for the end-to-end success of product and the team. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Global Capture Product team within the Business Collaboration organization. The goal of the team is to deliver an industry-leading voice recording service for the business, ensuring completions for both regulatory and business best‑practice recorded populations.

The team is undertaking a large body of work concerning (i) uplifting the voice recording applications to the latest versions and positioning for private and/or public cloud deployments, and (ii) developing an industry-leading control framework for managing and provisioning the recorded user population and ensuring the operational integrity of the data generated.
