ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India’s largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio. QuickTV, the newest addition to ShareChat's family of apps, crossed the 10 million downloads mark within 3 months of launch and currently has 60Mn MAUs across the network viewing the vertical episodic content.

Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is India’s leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional languages. This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept ) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define a 6-12 month vision for your product area. Align your goals with the broader company mission of connecting the \"next billion users.\"
• Metric Ownership: Own a core business KPI (e.g., Day-30 Retention, ARPU, or Content Virality). You are responsible for the \"Why\" and the \"How\" of these metrics.
• Advanced Analytics: Go beyond basic tracking. Perform cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and A/B testing at a massive scale to validate hypotheses.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Navigate complex trade-offs between Engineering, Content Operations, Legal, and Sales. You must be able to say \"No\" to good ideas to focus on the \"Great\" ones.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of global trends in social media, short-video, and GenAI. Translate global innovations into local solutions for the Indian market.

Who you are

• Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of experience shipping high-impact B2C products. Experience in social media, gaming, or high-frequency consumer apps is a plus.
• Deep Technical Intuition: Comfort working with ML-driven recommendation engines, low-latency video streaming, or complex ad-tech stacks.
• User-Centricity: A deep passion for understanding the Bharat user.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex product visions into simple, persuasive narratives for leadership and developers alike.
• Problem Solving: Strong structural thinking. You can take an ambiguous goal like \"Improve Content Quality\" and break it into actionable engineering sprints.
