Job Description

Responsibilities:


• Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies for the ophthalmic surgical portfolio, aligning with business goals.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct research, competitive analysis, and engage with Ophthalmologist KOLs at conferences and hospitals to identify market needs and opportunities.

• Marketing & Sales Enablement: Lead marketing plan execution, coordinate activities, and support the sales team with strategies, tools, and compelling product presentations to achieve quotas.

• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Ophthalmic Surgeons, hospital administration, and purchase/finance heads to drive business development and sales.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in (Engineering/Electronic/Optometry/Science)


Key Competencies:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must be sales-driven and target-oriented who will develop the company’s sales force in achieving targets and goals.

• Strong understanding of ophthalmic surgical procedures, eye hospital workflows, and the broader ophthalmology market. Ability to translate complex technical details into value propositions.


Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Experience :

8-14 years of relevant exp in Ophthalmic Medical Devices.
