What you’ll do?
- Own measurable outcomes for your product area define success metrics (e.g., approval-rate improvement at controlled risk, delinquency reduction, turnaround-time reduction, adoption/usage) and drive roadmap decisions to move them.
- Translate strategy into a clear product roadmap and backlog, with crisp problem statements, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
- Build products/features that improve end-user experience across partner journeys launch, iterate, and scale what works.
- Build at the cutting edge of AI leveraging ML techniques and LLMs to create next-generation underwriting and risk experiences (e.g., intelligent data extraction, classification, anomaly detection, decision support, explain ability).
- Use alternate data to improve underwriting outcomes better approvals at controlled risk and lower delinquency. Example: evaluate whether crop vegetation indicators from satellite data materially improve farmer-risk prediction, and if so, convert that insight into repayment design (seasonal schedules, tenor, installment structure) that performs better in the field. You’ll apply the same approach across many potential data sources: hypothesize, test, quantify lift, and productionize what moves the metrics.
- Define and own performance dashboards track product health, model outcomes, adoption, and reliability in production.
- Stay close to the market learn from partners, competition, and new tech to keep the roadmap differentiated.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in product management. FinTech market experience a strong plus.
- Strong product thinking: ability to break down ambiguous problems, prioritize, and make trade-offs.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering and data/ML teams; ability to convert ideas into shipped product.
- Data-driven approach to defining success metrics and running experiments; structured problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management clarity with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High ownership and bias for action.
Preferred:
- Exposure to credit underwriting / risk / decisioning or building products in fintech.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, partner integrations, or workflow-heavy enterprise products.
- Prior experience collaborating with DS/ML teams or shipping analytics/AI-led features.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institute or equivalent in work experience.
