We're looking for an
IT Product Manager
with a strong
technical background and solid knowledge , to lead the evolution of our
Customer Experience (CX) platforms.
This is a
hybrid position
(2 days from the office, 3 days from home).
What profile are we looking for?
4+ years of experience as a
Product Manager / Product Owner
in technology-driven environments.
Experience with
Jira, Confluence , and CX platforms such as
Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Genesys , or similar tools.
High level of English and French
are required, as you will work in an international environment with multicultural teams.
