Role: Product Manager – D2C eCommerce (Web + App)
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for *Shopify website + custom app frontend*.
- Translate business goals (sales, engagement, retention) into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes using structured frameworks (e.g., impact vs effort).
Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as the *primary liaison* between internal teams (marketing, design, CX, ops) and *external tech agencies* (web + app development partners).
- Manage timelines, deliverables, QA, and rollout for all releases.
- Ensure design consistency, brand experience, and platform stability across all user touchpoints.
