Position: Product Manager – Steering of Roaming Product

Position Overview

The Product Manager will lead, shape, and execute the vision and strategy for the Steering of Roaming service, working with stakeholders across technology, sales, engineering, and customer teams to deliver innovative roaming solutions

Roles & Responsibility:

• Develop and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with telecom market trends and customer requirements
• Conduct market analysis, understand competitor products, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritise roadmap
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product alignment and successful go-to-market execution.
• Track key metrics (adoption, revenue, NPS) and iterate product strategy based on performance.
• Lead technical workshops, solution demos, and proof-of-concept deployments for global telecom operators and technology partners
• Stay abreast of roaming technology standards (GSMA, 3GPP), competitive products, and evolving customer requirements; provide feedback to influence product direction
• Thought leadership for genAI incorporation in product
• Collaborate with product owner/system engineering and cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and launching new product enhancements.
• Manage product lifecycle, from concept through deployment, including release planning, customer onboarding, and success KPIs/OKRs
• Stay up to date on telecom standards, steering technologies, and operator requirements.

Desired Profile: -

Experience

• 10+ years experience in telecom product management, with expertise in roaming products preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GSMA standards, steering platforms, and global roaming ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership skills and stakeholder engagement.

Educational Qualification: BE. / B.Tech., M.E./M. Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science or any related qualification.
