Job Role & Responsibilities
3+ Years of experience in Product (Gaming Domain).
Own the full feature lifecycle – from conceptualisation, design, tuning, execution, release, GTM, and analysis, to V2 iterations.
Experience in gaming is a must.
Develop and maintain the game roadmap based on data insights, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback to drive engagement and revenue growth.
Monitor and analyse key product health metrics (Revenue, DAU, Retention, Economy) daily, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
Leverage data analysis to uncover root causes, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and optimise player experience.
Collaborate with UA & marketing teams to enhance user acquisition strategies and optimise performance marketing efforts.
Work closely with the Ad Revenue & Partner teams to ensure monetisation strategies (ads + IAP) are fully optimised.
