Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new product opportunities to meet customer & market requirement

  • Look for opportunities to enhance revenue from business

  • Identify areas of process improvement in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

  • Assess relevant customer, competitor and industry insights to help define strategies to improve customer experience and portfolio growth.

  • Conceiving and driving contests for sales incentives

  • Ensure compliance and adherence to internal policies & NBFC guidelines in product design.

  • Set up an effective product training mechanism for the sales team and channel partners for effective sales
