The Team

The product team at Dova is responsible for setting the vision, strategy and roadmap for products that sit at the intersection of clinical and market impact, regulatory compliance, and engineering excellence.

We work as a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, driving product delivery by partnering closely with clinical, regulatory, engineering, and commercial teams to translate complex user needs into high-quality, regulatory compliant products.

Our focus goes beyond shipping features and extends into research and development of foundational technologies that deliver measurable outcomes and clear market value. We apply a hypothesis-driven innovation methodology to research and product development. We listen to signals, synthesize insights, define clear hypotheses, create ‘proof’s of concepts', and develop pilots.
