Job Location: Hong KongAbout Our Client

We are partnering with a global scale manufacturing group as client to assist their recruitment on a Product Manager role. Reporting to the Vice President, this role, working as an individual contributor, will partner with sales team on business development and providing technical support in client meetings as well as liaising with engineering team on delivery of projects. The role can be based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen depending on the candidate's circumstance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage product roadmaps according to market needs and business objectives
  • Oversee product development, market launch and lifecycle management (including the monitoring on product performance and profitability)
  • Conduct market research, identify trends and opportunities and analyze competitor activities
  • Identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets then develop and execute the go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and execute pricing, commercial and go-to-market strategies for new products and services
  • Partner with sales team to build and nurture customer relationships
  • Drive sales activities, assist in contract negotiations and support sales with proposals/presentations
  • Work closely with engineering team to ensure project execution and deliverables
    • Job Requirements
  • Diploma holder with 10+ years' working experience on product management especially on component manufacturing solutions (essential)
  • Proven track record assisting in business development, participating in client meeting and collaborating with engineering/manufacturing teams on delivery
  • Excellent experience on product lifecycle management, pricing strategy and go-to-market execution
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in Mandarin and English
  • Regular travelling between Hong Kong and South China will be necessary
