Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and own the end-to-end cross-sell product strategy via call center and contact center channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and operations teams to create targeted outbound campaigns for existing customers.
  • Identify customer segments and personalize offers based on lifecycle behavior and product holding.
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics: conversion rates, lead penetration, talk time, quality, and sales KPIs.
  • Develop training and scripts for telesales agents to ensure strong product communication and objection handling.
  • Coordinate with IT/Tech teams to streamline dialer strategies, lead management, and CRM integrations.
  • Ensure full compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal policies on customer communication and product suitability.
