Product Manager - Data

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid, 60% on-site)

Role Overview

As the Data & AI Product Lead, you are the single point of accountability for data and AI across Manufacturing and Supply Chain platforms. You define the data strategy and roadmap, activate and govern data domains, and deliver reusable, compliant data products on the enterprise data platform to enable trusted, scalable decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the platform data strategy and roadmap aligned to business outcomes.
• Activate and govern data domains, including stewardship, data quality, and access controls.
• Build and manage a portfolio of reusable domain data products with clear ownership, SLAs, and value tracking.
• Partner with architects to ensure alignment with reference architecture, standards, and guardrails.
