Product Manager, Data Platform

• Develop a market leading product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and insights products and data platform services across the Alegeus product portfolio.
• Partner closely with Data Engineering and Data Science team to plan and execute end-to-end product development lifecycle delivery across 2 AI scrum teams and in conjunction with other product domain scrum teams
• Deliver re-usable platform capabilities that make it easy for partners to access their data and power actionable insights features for partners, employers, and participants
• Partner closely with predominantly US-based end-user facing product domain teams to deliver compelling Data and Insights capabilities into compelling end-user facing use cases.
• Work closely with the AI Product and Engineering teams to ensure the data platform provides the structured, real-time, and unstructured data needed for AI and agentic use cases.
• Drive cross-company alignment to ensure the Data platform roadmap is integrated with Alegeus’ overall product and business strategy.
• Source and test high potential Data platform concepts iteratively to disposition through focused problem and solution discovery.
• Partner with Data Engineering teams (Bangalore-based) to deliver capabilities across data ingestion, transformation, quality, and access APIs.
• Develop and maintain a robust fact base to inform current and future Data platform direction, including but not limited to market and technology trends, customer and internal feedback, product analytics, and competitive intelligence
• Commercialize and evangelize Data platform capabilities to end users in partnership with Product Managers in other domains.
• Oversee execution of Product Management Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle operational best practices that deliver compelling products predictably and efficiently at scale.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of B2B product management experience, ideally in platform, data, or infrastructure roles within SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling data platforms, data APIs, and reusable services—experience with data lakehouses, real-time processing, or governed self-service data is a strong plus.
• Deep technical fluency across data architectures, modeling, transformation pipelines, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, particularly in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries (preferred).
• Demonstrated success working in global, cross-functional teams across India and the U.S.
