Job Description
- Develop a market leading product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and insights products and data platform services across the Alegeus product portfolio.
- Partner closely with Data Engineering and Data Science team to plan and execute end-to-end product development lifecycle delivery across 2 AI scrum teams and in conjunction with other product domain scrum teams
- Deliver re-usable platform capabilities that make it easy for partners to access their data and power actionable insights features for partners, employers, and participants
- Partner closely with predominantly US-based end-user facing product domain teams to deliver compelling Data and Insights capabilities into compelling end-user facing use cases.
- Work closely with the AI Product and Engineering teams to ensure the data platform provides the structured, real-time, and unstructured data needed for AI and agentic use cases.
