• Own and manage the WEpro AI product roadmap aligned with company goals

• Define product vision, success metrics, and KPIs

• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business impact

Requirements & Execution

• Gather requirements from stakeholders (Sales, Ops, CRM, CS, Leadership, Clients)

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time and within scope

Stakeholder & Client Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business users
