Job Description

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the assigned products throughout its entire lifecycle
You assess the product lifecycle and initiate measures to achieve the business unit's targets in coordination with the key stakeholders
You are responsible for product definition and specification based on input and/or the roadmap from the Product Strategy Office, customers, R&D, and market trends
You are in charge of direct customer contact, including the consolidation of customer insights
You manage and execute all market- and product-related activities (cost reduction programs, cost control, pricing strategy, profitability)
You lead new product integrations in collaboration with Project Management and Marketing (launch materials, online content)
You translate the innovation roadmap into profitable and differentiated value propositions
You oversee decisions regarding the regional coverage of products and harmonize regional needs via the product-market matrix
