Product Manager


Sova Health is India’s fastest-growing precision gut-health startup, building solutions across diagnostics, personalized nutrition, and D2C wellness. We’re expanding our product team and looking for a Product Manager who can own execution across CRM, automations, IVR, WhatsApp, and internal tools.


Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Full-time, 5 days on-site


What You’ll Do

  • Own product roadmap & execution across CRM, internal tools, and customer journeys
  • Create PRDs, flows, and wireframes; work closely with engineering, CX, ops & marketing
  • Manage CRM workflows, automations, and lead funnels (LeadSquared preferred)
  • Execute WhatsApp campaigns & automation journeys (WATI/Gupshup)
  • Build automation flows using n8n or similar tools; work with APIs & webhooks
  • Support call workflows, IVR routing (Exotel preferred)
  • (Bonus) Experience with D2C/Shopify, checkout flows, or post-purchase journeys


Requirements

  • 2+ years in Product, Growth, CRM, or Automation roles
  • Strong hands-on CRM experience
  • Comfort with APIs, JSON, and automation tools
  • WhatsApp automation experience (mandatory)
  • Experience with n8n, Exotel, or Martech tools is a plus
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced founder-led environment
