Product Manager

Role Overview:

The Product Manager is responsible for defining what to build and why, aligning teams around clear priorities, and ensuring that shipped features deliver measurable value. This role requires strong product judgment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of user needs. The role requires working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver products that solve real user problems and drive business outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute towards product strategy and vision.
• Prioritize product features and capabilities.
• Gather data to come up with ideas for new products and features.
• Create product requirements for the engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure that the right customer problems are being solved

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, business management, or similar / MBA
• Previous experience as a Product Manager at a rapidly-growing company, preferably Healthcare
