Required Skills (First principles):

• Independent thinkers, abstract and detailed at the same time. Have the ability to back their thinking/ideas with data, example and references.
• Ability to learn fast and iterate. Have the ability to mentally visualize and then put it into a shape quickly so that a working group can further ideate and build on.
• Strong Analytical skill and passion to solve complex business problems using data and Technology.
• Strong articulation skill, written and oral, and the comfort to talk to all levels including C-Suite.
• Team Spirit Team ethos of working together to build stuff much larger than what an individual can do.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and their uses to solve real business problems would be a plus.

Required Skills (Programming):

• Familiar with Python programming, should be able to do quick prototyping using Python and NT AI platform.
• Understanding of Machine Learning/ statistics, especially from a mathematical point would be a plus.
