About the Role
Exxat is looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Product Manager. At Exxat, a Product Manager I owns a product or a set of products. Starting from UX to nuances around specific domains in the medical space, analysing customer feedback collected via multiple channels and worrying about adoption/market strategy.
As a product manager, you will work with several teams to define strategy and requirements and collaborate with your counterparts in India from design through delivery. You will own milestones from concept through implementation. You will work on identifying gaps in existing features based on client research and analysis. You will dive deep, collect evidence, and analyse data to identify opportunities and refine long and short-term goals.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment on highly visible and exciting products that are doubling and trebling YoY. This role involves more customer-facing product management than technology team-facing product management in general since it would be US based.

Product management experience in a top-notch product company
Years of experience is not as important as quality of experience, however we would prefer someone who has 6–9 years of experience in Product Management
Likely to consider you if you have experience in running a small business function or business unit independently
Software product experience is valued way more than outsourcing/software consulting experience
B2B product experience is even more desirable
