**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience working on user-facing features and driving significant user experience improvements.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and geographically distributed team environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Passionate for making the web accessible to everyone.
