1. Pilot/Lead the development of new products dedicated to Electronics market in compliance with Air Liquide technical & safety standards:

  • Elaborate the Product road map for the product development as per the market requirement

  • Set up the objectives, and associated required resources (hours and expenditure)

  • Coordinate with AL E&C Design authorities and Engineering disciplines to ensure the delivery in time and on budget of the products.

  • Ensure a proper risk management and respective mitigated action all along the Product life cycle

    • 2. Maintain the product during its lifecycle:

  • Ensure the continuous improvement of performance & competitiveness of the Products

  • Capitalize the project and operation experience and ensure the design upgrades
