Product Manager – D2C Fashion (Web, App & Omnichannel)


Kisah Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Indian ethnic wear brand, known for its contemporary take on traditional menswear. With a strong presence across online retail , major marketplaces, and Offline retail , Kisah is now strategically scaling its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platform to build a deeper, data-driven relationship with its customers.

As a Product Manager – D2C , the role is central to shaping the end-to-end product experience—working closely with business, tech, design, marketing, and operations teams to translate customer needs and business goals into scalable digital solutions. The role contributes directly to Customer Experience , GTM execution, PIM automation, conversion optimization, and continuous platform enhancement, Omnichannel presence.


Role Purpose

Own and improve the end-to-end customer journey across D2C website/app and retail touchpoints to drive conversion, repeat, and revenue, by translating business goals into high-impact product execution.

KRA 1: Customer Experience Ownership (D2C + Retail)

Skills

• Fashion-specific customer journey mapping (browse to post-purchase)

• Understanding of size/fit anxiety, returns, delivery TAT, discovery fatigue

• Ability to translate CX feedback into product problems

• End-to-end ownership of CX issues

OKRs

Objective: Improve overall customer experience and reduce friction, Reduce CX tickets, Implement, measure & Improve NPS


KRA 2: Omnichannel Product Strategy


Skills

• Strong D2C, retail, and marketplace understanding

• Alignment of brand, merchandising, ops, and tech

• Clear thinking on consistency vs contextual experiences

• Business-first roadmap thinking

OKRs

Objective: Build and execute omnichannel roadmap.



KRA 3: Site Merchandising & Product Discovery (Critical)


Skills

• Fashion merchandising logic (collections, seasonality)

• Discovery optimisation (search, filters, ranking)

• CMS and catalog coordination

• Comfort with large variant-heavy catalogs

OKRs

Objective: Improve product discovery effectiveness, Increase PLP → PDP CTR

KRA 4: CRO & Data-Driven Optimisation

Skills

• Conversion funnel expertise

• A/B testing and experimentation

• Hypothesis-driven optimisation

• Data interpretation (GA, Mixpanel, dashboards)

OKRs

Objective: Improve conversion and revenue, run A/B testing, increase AOV, CVR

KRA 5: Tech Ecosystem & Delivery Ownership


Skills

• Understanding of frontend, backend, ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM

• Agile execution and sprint ownership

• Vendor and internal tech coordination
