Job Description

Job Purpose


- Implement and execute marketing initiatives set by the management team to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance, achieving both qualitative and quantitative targets.



- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding results, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.



- Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group policies and procedures.



Duties And Responsibilities



On Marketing

- Assist in creating compelling product literature, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits

- Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop and implement in-store branding strategies, ensuring timely and effective execution

- Work with the field team to design visually appealing and impactful in-store displays that capture customer attention and showcase products effectively

- Assist in executing pre- and post-launch plans for new products, including price positioning, target market identification, launch events, and promotional initiatives

- Keep management informed of competitive activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making



Data Analysis

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable initiatives

- Provide product knowledge sessions for the sales team and help identify untapped opportunities to drive sales and meet targets

- Analyze sales data and other key metrics to assess the impact of in-store branding and identify opportunities for optimization



On Stock Management

- Support in monthly stock and order management processes

- Coordinate transfer requests to remote warehouses based on monthly forecasts



On Reporting

- Assist in preparing and submitting monthly executive reports

- Support in developing and submitting the annual departmental Business Plan



Education

BA in Marketing. MBA is a plus



Experience

Up to 2 years of experience in Marketing of FMCG products
