• Act as product owner for a range of projects and products, from discovery and understanding phases through to delivery and continued improvement during their lifecycle, and with the support of the key Crop Team, help shape the overall product vision.
• Listen to farmers to try to gain an understanding of the needs and challenges they are facing.
• Lead the product positioning by collaborating with the cross‑functional departments and other stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor and refine short‑term & long‑term strategy based on continued assessment of market, competitive landscape, business intelligence, industry and regulatory changes.
