Product Manager

Role Description

The Product Manager will be primarily responsible for our software platform products, shaping new product features and enhancements by translating customer needs into clear, user-centered product and UX requirements. This role serves as a key bridge between clients, sales, and the software development team, ensuring that customer feedback, feature requests, and solution ideas are accurately captured and translated into intuitive user experiences. While hands-on UI/UX design skills are a plus, the role focuses more heavily on product thinking, client communication, solution presentation, and UX direction. Detailed UI design execution may be supported by a UI/UX assistant. Secondarily, the role supports pre-sales and solutioning efforts, including client demos, requirements workshops, and proposal support, working closely with AllCard Sales and other business units.
