Job Purpose
The Product Manager will lead the positioning of products in the market through strategic marketing, lifecycle management, and high-level collaboration with key industry leaders. This role blends strategic vision with operational excellence to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and product-market fit across the Mexico. The position is based in Mexico City .
Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks
Strategic Planning: develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to Mexico market, aligning with regional and global objectives
Lifecycle Management: lead the complete product lifecycle from market research and localization to launch, performance optimization, and sustainable growth
Financial Oversight: define resource allocation and manage marketing budget according to approved strategy for Mexico
Market Intelligence: map and dimension market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with commercial to establish and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in radiology and cardiology to identify business opportunities
Scientific Alignment: partner with Medical Affairs to ensure all marketing initiatives have solid scientific backing and comply with local regulations
Commercial Support: support sales leadership and corporate accounts to ensure field needs are met for product promotion. That includes offer training for customers, distributors and internal employees related to our products
Event Coordination: make sure company events and regional conferences are coordinated and executed by the marketing team
Brand Growth: develop campaigns and promotional programs to solidify the brand and position products positively.
Pricing Guidance: provide guidance on average selling prices (ASPs) and gross margins to ensure profitability
Leadership: build and mentor high-performing teams across marketing and application functions. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and global marketing and LATAM teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans
Education
Bachelor's degree in the marketing or business administration (MBA is preferred)
Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills
5-7 yrs of experience in healthcare or pharma (medical device industry is highly preferred)
Experience in marketing and product management
Business acumen : strong understanding of marketing, product strategy, and business challenges
Strategic planning : expertise in strategic and tactical marketing organization
Analytical skills: Proficient in business finance, sales forecasting, and analytical reporting.
Communication: open and honest, ability to engage effectively at all levels.
Customer oriented: turning routine interactions into memorable experiences while caring for customer needs.
Conflict management: staying calm through disagreements, ability to focus on the issues and look for win-win solutions
Fluent in English and Spanish
