The Product Manager for SMS oversees the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the MS Dynamics –based SMS ERP solution supporting the company’s Aftersales Logistics operations. This role ensures seamless alignment between business goals, IT delivery, and global governance. The Product Manager acts as the bridge between business leadership and technical teams, driving prioritization, performance, and value realization across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Master Data, and Claims & Returns within the automotive logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities· Define and maintain the SMS product vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities and process standards.
· Lead demand intake, prioritization, and release planning with business and IT stakeholders.
· Collaborate with Business Process Analysts to translate requirements into actionable Epics and Features within MS Dynamics .
· Oversee UAT, performance validation, and deployment readiness to ensure solution quality.
· Monitor product KPIs, adoption levels, and enhancement backlogs, ensuring alignment with global governance.
· Ensure cross-functional collaboration between domains (Inbound, Outbound, Master Data, Billing, and FiCO).
· Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and AI-first mindset across SMS product lifecycle.
· Represent business priorities in steering committee and global alignment forums.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management· Mentor Business Process Analysts and ensure process ownership maturity across domains.
· Influence cross-market stakeholders to harmonize global logistics processes and product standards.
Must Have SkillsMinimum 5+ years’ experience in ERP-driven automotive logistics processes, with hands-on expertise in MS Dynamics .
