Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Product Manager (Housing Mortgage) for an on-site role based in Mumbai. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market research, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, gathering and prioritizing customer and stakeholder requirements, and leading the design and development of innovative financial products and solutions tailored to meet customer needs. The Product Manager will also work to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and oversee the implementation of new initiatives to enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in product strategy, product lifecycle management, and requirement gathering prefereably in mortgage finance (housing and leasing)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of financial services or housing finance sectors is highly advantageous
• Proficiency with using data to make informed decisions and optimize customer-centric solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities
