Responsibilities

● Own customer journey metrics: CTR → ATC → Checkout → Purchase → Repeat.

● Drive assortment strategy, navigation, product discovery, search, filters, PLPs, PDPs.

● Work closely with brand, catalog, marketing, operations for pricing, availability, and

content accuracy.

● Run rapid A/B experiments for funnel optimization.

● Build scalable product integrations with payments, logistics, loyalty, subscription.

● Define product roadmap and write PRDs/user stories for engineering.

● Track and improve store GMV, margins, retention, cancellations, COD risk.


Qualifications:

● Strong analytical + customer psychology mindset.

● UI/UX intuition for ecommerce best practices.

● Strong Google Sheet and Excel skills.

● SQL.

● Experience with funnels, Clevertap/GA, AB testing tools.
