Key Responsibilities


● Own end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualization, design, development, launch, and scaling. ● Define product roadmaps by understanding user needs, business priorities, and competitive landscape.

● Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver products on time with high quality.

● Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and measurable business impact through innovative features.

● Use data-driven insights to identify problems, opportunities, and validate solutions.

● Continuously track performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market research.

● Champion user-centricity while balancing business and technical constraints.


What We’re Looking For


● 3–7 years of product management experience (internet/consumer tech experience preferred).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for data-driven decisions.

● Proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.

● Solid understanding of technology and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering/design teams.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and drive to make an impact. Good to Have

● Exposure to AI/ML-driven products, marketplace models, or large-scale B2C platforms.

● Understanding of funnels, growth loops, and conversion optimization.

● MBA/Tier-1/Tier-2 engineering background (preferred but not mandatory).
