Major Responsibilities and Duties

• Portfolio Management: Selects, evaluates, and maintains a balanced mix of live dealer games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, sic bo and other table games) that appeal to diverse player segments. Tracks KPIs (Theo, GGR, NGR, RTP, retention, session behavior) and recommends actions such as repositioning tables, adjusting limits, or launching targeted promotions to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Builds strong relationships with live dealer providers and aggregators; negotiates commercial terms, and secures exclusive or early access to premium tables, and aligns with supplier release calendars.
