Roles and Responsibilities
Translation of key business objectives (product revenue, profitability, market share), shortlong- term strategies into product roadmaps, business cases & execution charters for the
product organization.
Review of the product performance against defined financial, operational , strategic goals, re-alignment of the initiatives , programs as required
Understanding of the sector to build sustainable business models for the envisaged products within the sector
Help in achieving of revenue, profitability, market penetration and customer targets set for the product , sector
Drive execution of short-term and long-term product sales forecast and strategy; recommend pricing and features and product enhancements, marketing strategies and positioning to
increase overall revenue
Lead market research to build understanding of competitive offerings, customer needs and preferences
Own product budget & corresponding expenses related to market research, product
development, marketing, roll-out, maintenance enhancements
Execute product roadmaps, definition of product specifications, and qualify product readiness
Help to Maintain relationships with key government authorities leadership at network
partners to drive business growth in new geographies and areas of delivery
Identification of market opportunities, B2C enterprise applications and alliances with
government bodies ,divisions to include them in product scope
Deploy strategies to grow acceptance ecosystem of existing and new products through
partnerships, alliances , greater enablement.OTHERS:

Demonstrate Concept development
Detailing of the concept to develop a MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
Generate Product development requirements to develop a cost effective , efficient
product
Demonstatre Project management skills
Demonstrate Pre , post deviery skills
Performance Monotoring , re alignment undersatnding of the built product
2) Cost Estimation Monetizing Business case development
Cost estimation and monotoring for approval
Revenue Model simulation for conceptulised product
Product Short , long term strategy building for viability
Price recommendations for sales pitch
3) Market research
Undersatnd Product requirements , study market solutions
Build use cases for absorption of available concepts in the product roadmap
4) P&L Management
Understand , manage PandL for the owned product (Project expenses, deploy
resources , manage as per budgets
