• ✅ Convert product concepts and customer asks into detailed PRDs with acceptance criteria, UX flows, analytics events, and edge cases, and communicate them to the engineering and design teams.
• ✅ Drive day-to-day delivery with engineering: resolve ambiguities fast, manage dependencies, and de-risk scope.
• ✅ Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance.
• ✅ Develop and maintain product documentation, including internal release notes, functional specifications and user guides.
• ✅ Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product metrics.
