Job Title: Product Manager (Customer-Facing, Execution-Focused)
Location: Goa
Experience: 3–6 years
Salary: Upto 16 LPA
Role Overview:
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end product execution by working closely with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product development. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, clear documentation of requirements, and hands-on ownership of multiple features running in parallel.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Execution & Prioritization
Manage multiple product features, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Prioritize requirements based on business impact, urgency, and dependencies
Ensure smooth progress across parallel initiatives without bottlenecks
Maintain strong follow-through to ensure timely delivery
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
Engage with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements
Conduct discovery calls, demos, feedback sessions, and follow-ups
Translate unstructured customer and stakeholder inputs into a clear product direction
Manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders
Requirement Documentation
Create detailed, implementation-ready PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Document functional flows, edge cases, and non-functional requirements
Keep product documentation updated as requirements evolve
Ensure clarity and completeness to minimize engineering rework
Engineering Collaboration
Work closely with engineering teams during backlog grooming and sprint planning
Provide timely clarifications across multiple workstreams
Validate feature builds against documented requirements
Support UAT, bug triage, and release readiness
Delivery & Tracking
Track feature progress across sprints and releases
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies
Ensure end-to-end ownership until successful delivery
Prevent gaps in execution or communication
Skills & Experience Required
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
Strong customer-facing product experience
Excellent requirement writing and documentation skills
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
